I'm a seasoned digital transformation professional with two decades experience. With a skill set that spans both project management and business analysis, I pride myself on being a 'well-rounded' delivery leader.
I have led and delivered large-scale digital and technology projects for some of Australia’s leading brands, including Woolworths and Ramsay Health Care. And global brands, including IBM and Dell Computers.
I'm fascinated by emerging technologies and like all of us, I'm down the rabbit hole learning everything I can about AI. In my most recent role with Woolworths (Group Technology), I led end-to-end delivery of Oriient—a 3rd party geo-magnetic indoor positioning solution, now integrated into the Woolworths eCommerce mobile app. It enables real-time, in-store product location and navigation with enhanced customer experience. Oversaw cross-functional execution across technology, product, business and vendor teams. Successfully deployed Phase 1 to 315 stores across NSW/ACT, establishing the foundation for national scale-up.

I'm confident in my skills and abilities - but that doesn't mean I stop learning. I make time to seek out new thinking and better ways of doing things.
People and the outdoors.
The two things I really care about in life. People and their mental health and well-being. Nature and the planet that gives us life. I am deeply interested in sustainability, health and agribusiness and will be focusing on building connections with people and organisations doing amazing work in these spaces. I am fascinated to see how AI will transform these sectors and whether this can truly result in more sustainable practices that allow us to meet our needs with less footprint. I'm a hopeful believer.
