Engrafo is led by Tamara Lyster, a seasoned digital transformation professional with over two decades of experience spanning business analysis, project management, and delivery leadership. I’ve led complex digital and technology initiatives for some of Australia’s most recognisable brands — including Western Sydney International Airport, Woolworths, and Ramsay Health Care. This background has given me deep exposure to best-practice BA methodology, structured delivery, and the clarity frameworks used at enterprise scale.
My focus with Engrafo is to bring that same level of discipline and best-practice structure to the small and medium business space — without the layers of bureaucracy or inflated consulting costs that usually accompany it. I value strong, collaborative relationships, and I work closely with SMB leaders to ensure they feel supported, heard, and guided throughout the process.

I am deeply interested in sustainability, health and agribusiness and will be focusing on building connections with people and organisations doing amazing work in these spaces. I am fascinated to see how AI will transform these sectors and whether this can truly result in more sustainable practices that allow us to meet our needs with less footprint. I'm a hopeful believer.
